Demonstrating Our Impact in the Field

Case Study: Strategic Sectoral Analysis for the Italian Trade Agency GCC was commissioned to undertake a large-scale Agricultural Sector Assessment and Mapping exercise. This comprehensive sectoral analysis focused on current capacities and available resources, producing a foundational paper that was useful for the agency’s overall strategic planning in Somalia, where Italy remains the largest investor in the agricultural sector.
Case Study: Climate-Smart Agriculture Feasibility in Galmudug In 2018, with support from international partners like IGAD/FAO, GCC was contracted to provide a Climate-Smart Agriculture Feasibility exercise for the regional government of Galmudug. The assignment successfully outlined possible opportunities and key intervention areas. Our final report proposed the establishment of pilot fields and targeted capacity development for local farmers to enhance their resilience and productivity.
